Hel­lo, I had a check­up and repair com­plet­ed on 2 fire­places this morn­ing by Sean and I find we need to express our opin­ion of your com­pa­ny and rep­re­sen­ta­tives. It began with Meghan set­ting up the appoint­ment with us after we found your info on Home​Ad​vi​sor​.com, fol­low-up call to con­firm appoint­ment either Fri­day or Sat­ur­day, Sean’s call to let us know he was on his way and show­ing up on time. Then the work he did was metic­u­lous, detailed, and cor­rect­ed the issues we had, as well as being a very friend­ly rep­re­sen­ta­tive of your com­pa­ny. I worked in train­ing and man­age­ment of a large insur­ance com­pa­ny for 31 years so I know what appeals to peo­ple and main­ly it’s prompt arrival, friend­ly treat­ment and expert per­for­mance of ser­vices. Sean’s and Meghan’s abil­i­ty to do these things is a reflec­tion on your whole com­pa­ny, to us, because they were the only con­tact we had with you, and from what I viewed on Home­Ad­vi­sor many oth­ers feel the same about your com­pa­ny. My mom need­ed her Chim­ney repaired and we could­n’t get any­one to come out and do it; we found Safe­way on Home­Ad­vi­sors. Kyle, Randy and Dan came out and start­ed work­ing on my moms Chim­ney and quick­ly found out that there was more dam­age than any of us antic­i­pat­ed. Dan worked with us to quick­ly come up with a solu­tion. They did a fan­tas­tic job, they are friend­ly, very pro­fes­sion­al. High­ly recommended.

Dan and his team arrived at our home in short notice. He per­formed an inspec­tion on our chim­ney and fire­place. Tyler did an excel­lent job clean­ing the fire­place. He thor­ough­ly explained the issue with the chim­ney smoke cham­ber code vio­la­tion and what would need to be done to get the fire­place back with­in code. I have used Safe­way Chim­ney Sweeps for many years and trust their work.

To Whom it may con­cern. I’ve been doing busi­ness with Safe­way Chim­ney Ser­vice for over 15 years. They have been clean­ing my dry­er and boil­er vents. They have always been pro­fes­sion­al, cour­te­ous and easy to work with. I would glad­ly give them a great refer­ral. They deserve it.

Called Safe­way after a com­pa­ny I called from a coupon fly­er told me my 12 year old house need­ed chim­ney recon­struc­tion esti­mat­ed at $5000. (I won’t iden­ti­fy that com­pa­ny but they are named after a brand of low priced whiskey). Dan from Safe­way came out, cleaned chim­ney and said it was in fine shape, just nor­mal wear and tear. It has been work­ing great after five years. I had him replace the syn­thet­ic cap on top of the chim­ney, also look­ing great and a 10 year war­ran­ty. Don’t be fooled by chim­ney sweep com­pa­nies that push unnec­es­sary repairs, Go the Safe Way!

I had Safe­way come out and do a clean­ing but because they did it from the inside the oth­ers were still say­ing that the flue must still be blocked and clean­ing from the inside did not catch it. I called Safe­way about this and, at no addi­tion­al cost, Safe­way came out and recleaned the flue, includ­ing going onto the roof from the out­side, and deter­mined there was no block­age. VERY PROFESSIONAL, High­ly Rec­om­mend­ed. (P.S. I even­tu­al­ly found out that the water heater installer had improp­er­ly vent­ed the heaters which fed into the same flue as my furnace.)

Employ­ee well knowl­edge­able on his job. Would use ser­vice again and rec­om­mend. You should con­sid­er open­ing up a clos­er loca­tion. You would see busi­ness rise .

Kyle arrived on time, he was mind­ful of ensur­ing to prep the space to ensure it was just as clean as when he arrived. He walked me though every­thing he was doing and even took the time to show me how to oper­ate my fire­place since it was the first time I have ever had one. Excel­lent ser­vice! They are cour­te­ous, patient, punc­tu­al, answered all my ques­tions and showed me how to main­tain my fire­place. I feel safer in using my fire­place now. Had some issues with the com­pres­sor for air duct clean­ing because of how insane­ly cold it was. They were very flex­i­ble resched­ul­ing and worked with my sched­ule. I’ve had them for chim­ney, dry­er vent, and air duct clean­ing. Noth­ing but pos­i­tive expe­ri­ences every time.
